At least 120 youngsters from eight teams will be participating in scouting program organised by Chatroom with Legend in conjunction with PM Sports Management-Switzerland.
The event starts with a 3-day tournament scheduled for 1st July to 3rd July 2022, inside the main campus of the Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State.
Twenty-two players will be selected from the participants who will go ahead to play against the best team in the final scouting match to be held 21st July, 2022.
Chief scout Eastern Europe at Greek-based agency, Mr Tihomir Sloboda would be on ground to watch and select the best six players. Confirming his attendance, Mr Sloboda assured he will be in Nigeria on the the said date for the event.
‘I am coming to Nigeria again to watch and select six top players from the tournament. This is part of our plan as an agency, to continue to create opportunities for the best and passionate young talents around the world.’
Mr Sloboda was in Nigeria recently to attend another scouting program.
