The Durbar football tournament was held to celebrate the annual Durbar that occurs in the Emirates every Eid el Kabir.
On Thursday, 7th of July 2022 the maiden edition of Ilorin Emirates Durbar U17 football championship came to a close after two weeks of football fiesta.
Daudu Ballah FC won the maiden edition of the Ilorin Emirates Durbar U17 football championship following a one nill victory over Balogun Ajikobi.
For the bronze medal, Magaji Ngeri FC were one nill winners over Balogun Gambari boys.
The Durbar football tournament was held to celebrate the annual Durbar that occurs in the Emirates every Eid el Kabir.
And the organizers have assured that this football fiesta will now become an annual event.
The committee however urged the Ilorin populace to embrace peace, unity and shun violence.
