Neino Academy and Wusu FC will trade tackles in the Ijebuland Ileya Football Championship today at the Otunba Dipo Dina International Stadium Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.

The tournament saw at least 16 team participate, each group consisted of four teams as the best two emerged and qualified for quarter final phase.

Neino academy topped Group A with 4 point from two matches second while Omorosy with 4 point also with two games.

Wusu FC made it out of Group B with six points from two matches as well as Moonstar FC recording four points from two matches.

Young pillars came tops in Group C after securing four points followed by Dejom FC who had just three points from two matches as well.

In Group D C&S led the group with four point while Ileade FC came second with two points having made better goal difference ahead of Afm FC.

Quarter final
Neino Academy beat Ileade 5-4 on penalties (5-4) while Wusu FC whitewashed Omorosy 7-2 which sas Damilola Oluwalambe netting six goals. Young pillar lost to Moonstar by a slim 0-1 margin as C&S also edged Dejom 2-1.

Semifinal
The penultimate match saw Neino Academy pip Moonstar 1-0 while Wusu FC and C&S FC ended 8-7 after playing 2-2 in regulation time.

Third place match will fixture will be between C&S FC vs Moonstar, and the final will see Neino Academy square out against Wusu FC by 2pm.
