Bendel Insurance FC, also known as Insurance of Benin Football Club or simply Bendel Insurance, is a football club based in Benin City, Nigeria.
Insurance was formed in 1972 by Dr. Samuel Osaigbovo Ogbemudia. Bendel Insurance was one of the founding members of the Nigerian Premier League that same year it was created. They play home games inside the 20,000 capacity Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium.

The had always enjoyed stints in the topflight league but bedevilled by management tussle. Bendel Insurance were promoted back to the top division in 2019 season after spending over ten years in lower region but could not maintain the status and went back. The club gained promotion back to the the Nigeria Professional League after conquering the Southern Conference (Group B1) of the Nigeria National League (NNL) 2021/2022 season.
