Team360 FC graduate Abdullahi Tanko’s scored in the 88th minute to seal Varnsdorf’s victory over Sokol Brozany in the 1st round of the MOL Cup.
Vansdorf beat the third division Brozan 1-3 on their home ground in an emphatic style to progress to the next round.
David Ludvíček opened the scoring for Vansdorf just three minutes into the match. The lead only lasted until the nineteenth minute, when Marek Krátký converted his chance before Dominik Žák restored the lead with his well-taken penalty kick.
Abdullahi Tanko, therefore, sealed the win with two minutes from regulation time. The Team360 of Lagos academy graduate has now scored a goal in three league games and one in the Mol Cup.
