Ekiti United FC have appointed Gbenga Adeleye as the new media officer of the club.
Adeleye’s appointment is effective right away, per a letter from the club management board that was sent by the secretary, Deji Olowolafe.
He will be in charge of all club media-related initiatives.
Prior to being hired, Mr. Adeleye worked as the online editor for FreekickNaija.com and the media assistant to the Ekiti State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development.
Upon being appointed, Mr. Adeleye thanked the club for the chance to serve and vowed to use his extensive knowledge to the best of his ability.
To ensure that the actions of Ekiti United FC are accurately documented, he still made a request for the assistance of his media peers and football stakeholders.
Gbenga Adeleye has also served as Nembe City’s former media officer.
