Mailantarki FC locks horns with Lagos-based Madiba FC inside Legacy Pitch, National Stadium, Lagos at exactly 3pm.

The club’s Media Director, Adamu Usman Ahmed said the gubernatorial candidate under the Nigeria Peoples Party, (NNPP) in Gombe State will be on hand to inspire the club to glory in their bid to win their 3rd trophy in the year 2022, Sporting Sun reports.

“Our chairman will undoubtedly be available to drum support,” Adamu said.

“We came all the way from Abuja and by God’s Grace we shall be leaving Lagos with the trophy. The boys have done well in the group stage and I see them replicating similar forms during the final.

“Just to say little about our form, we have won two trophies in our last three featured competitions among which we lifted two European Youth Championships in Denmark and Norway. Should we lift this, I’m sure the club owner will reward the boys in a massive way. He has always stood as a father figure to the team and other fans of the club and I pray God rewards him in multiple ways.”
