Ademola Akibu put the blues ahead in the 19th minute, making sure they ended the first half with a win.
Gbagada FC failed to keep their cool in the second half of the encounter as they conceded a penalty in the 59th minute, which Atlantic Business player Paul Jacob calmly put past the goalkeeper to tie the game.
Action resumed on Saturday, October 22, with Broad City facing Dannaz FC and Beyond Limits against Sporting Lagos.
Broad City recorded their second win of the season, defeating Dannaz 2-0.
The home team scored their first in the 42nd minute via a penalty before sealing their victory in the 62nd minute through Jeremiah Christopher’s brilliant strike.
In the other Saturday encounter between Defending Champions Beyond Limits FA and Sporting Lagos at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne, both teams shared the spoil.

The final fixtures of the week featuring Dino SC Vs. Iganmu Tigers and Imperial FC Vs. Valiant FC took place on Sunday, October 23.
Iganmu Tigers won their first game of the season through an additional minute strike from Okanlawon Ogunshina at the Dipo Dina International Stadium, Ijebu Ode.
Imperial FC sealed off Matchweek 3 fixtures in the Creative Championship League with a win over Valiant FC.
The scoreline was a 2-1 win, with all goals scored in the first half.
Chidera Ezeno scored the opener in the 16th minute before Ezekiel Samuel doubled in the 22nd minute.
Valiant FC responded through Adeyemi Meshark’s goal in the 34 minutes but it wasn’t enough as Imperial FC ran away with the win.
