Abraysports Defender Segun Owoade has reacted to his team’s performance against top NPFL side Kwara United in a Friendly game on Tuesday.

The youngster who was brilliant in the encounter expressed his delight about the game, noting that the result was a morale booster for him and his colleagues.

“I think it’s a good result for us. We have also learned a lot from the game and it will help us in our subsequent games” he said.

Speaking on his career, the tall and lanky Defender said his fervent dream is to play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

“Yes, I will continue to develop and hope that one day I play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria. That is always my dream- to represent my country and wear the green white green jersey”.

Owoade played in the Abraysports U-17 team, which went undefeated in winning the last Kwara U-17 football tournament.

After his promotion to the Abraysports main team, he became a crucial figure in his side’s last NLO Campaign, where they narrowly missed a promotion ticket.
