Ikorodu City Football Club has signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with nourishment brand, Indomie Noodles.
The Nigeria National League side said in a statement that the partnership would see the nourishment brand support both the first team and academy projects over the next one year as well as activation for the fans of the club.
Ikorodu City will will have the logo of Indomie Noodles crested on its official jerseys throughout the period of the partnership’s beginning from August 2023.
Kayode Badmus, Executive Director at the club said: “We are delighted to welcome Indomie Noodles to this family. They are one of the most renowned and leading Noodles brand in Nigeria, nourishing kids and adults for decades and to have them join us just shows they are interested in more than just enriching bellies but also lives of young individuals.”
Ikorodu City Fc was formed in 2022, has since played in the country’s second tier and backed by both Lotus Bank and BetKing.
The club won the Lagos State FA Cup earlier this year beating Smart City 2-0 in the final.
