Teams hoping to participate in the 2023 Lagos Street Soccer Championship can now purchase the form to register their interest.
Organisers confirmed in a statement that male and female teams can acquire their forms for a fee of twenty-five thousand naira (₦25,000) each.
U-15 teams are eligible to participate for free after completing their registration.
Over 3,000 clubs are expected to feature in the 2023 Lagos Street Soccer Championship (LSSC) to be hosted by Surulere Local Council.
Team representatives are advised to visit the Lagos State Football Association secretariat at 146-148 Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos, to pick up their forms.
Interested teams can also purchase the championship entry forms online at the official LSFA website: https://lsfa.com.ng/lsfa-street-soccer between now and Friday, 22 September 2023, when registration ends.
The tournament Committee Chair, Bolaji Yusuf said: “The championship aims to promote grassroots football development, encourage gender inclusivity, and provide a platform for young talents to showcase their skills. The U-15 category is an excellent opportunity for young football enthusiasts to participate and excel in this thrilling sport.”
