Nigerian Super Eagles and Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi met with French Ambassador Jean Francois Hasperue to discuss potential partnerships for Unicorn Football Academy, led by Awoniyi’s brother Victor.
The meeting at the French Embassy Abuja, explored opportunities for sports collaboration and development of the academy, which aims to help young players achieve their football dreams.
Ambassador Hasperue praised Awoniyi’s achievements on the pitch and his contributions to Nigerian football, while Awoniyi shared his vision for Unicorn Football Academy and thanked the ambassador for his support.
The meeting concluded with plans for collaboration between the French Football Institute Academy and Unicorn Football Academy, including training programs, coaching exchanges, and infrastructure development.
