Beyond Limits FA striker Adeshina Ayodele is expected to arrive in France next week to join Lille, following a transfer agreement that was reached last month.
Although the 18-year-old already completed the formalities and signed a five-year contract with the Ligue 1 side last month, his official announcement has been delayed.
Myleaguewire understands that Ayodele has secured his French visa, paving the way for his trip.
The youngster was discovered during the Virraggio Cup tournament earlier this year, where he impressed with five goals and helped Beyond Limits win the championship. He was on the radar of Belgian club Anderlecht and other Dutch clubs but he decided to join the French club.
Ayodele was omitted from Beyond Limits’ squad for the recent Optima Energy Gold Cup pre-season tournament, where only Kparobo Arierhi and Ridwan Mogaji were included as strikers, further hinting at his impending departure.
