Maltese Premier League club Floriana FC has bolstered its squad with the acquisition of Quadri Olanshile Allionida from AA Aztec Football Academy.
The Nigerian forward has penned a multi-year deal with the Tal-Irish, as Floriana FC are fondly called.
The signing comes at an opportune time, with Floriana FC set to face Naxxar away in their fourth league match after the international break. The team has shown promise so far this season, recording one win and two draws in their opening three games.
Floriana FC boasts a rich history, being the only Maltese team to have advanced from the qualifying rounds to the first round proper of the UEFA Champions League, a feat achieved in the 1993-94 season. The addition of Olanshile Allionida is expected to further enhance the team’s chances of success in the current campaign.
