Coach Chris Danjuma picked 21 footballers to represent Nigeria at the youth championship.

Lakeside Queens have expressed their delight in seeing skipper, Motunrayo Ezekiel make the Falconets’ 21 man squad.

Nigeria’s U-20 female football team, the Falconets departed the country last Thursday for the FIFA U20 Womenโ€™s World Cup finals taking place in Costa Rica.

The management of the club sent a congratulatory message to their player in a Facebook post which read:

CONGRATULATIONS๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠ LAKESIDE QUEENS SKIPO MOTUNRAYO EZEKIEL MAKE THE FINAL LIST FOR WORLD CUP UNDER 20 IN COSTA RICA. THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT ARE PROUD OF YOU AND WISH YOU SUCCESS’

Coach Chris Danjuma picked 21 footballers to represent Nigeria at the youth championship.

Lakeside Queens’ captain Motunrayo was also on the plane that took the girls to the North American country.
