The Ogun State Football Association have confirmed October 9, 2023, as the kick-off date for the preseason tournament organised for clubs playing in the Nigeria National Lague (NNL) and Nationwide League One (NLO).

The tournament will aid the teams’ preparation ahead of the 2023/2024 season of the league season.

Non-League clubs are also allowed to take part in the season build-up tournament by paying the mandatory registration fee, Journalist Bayo Adegboyega confirmed on Twitter.

Meanwhile, the 2023/2024 NNL season has been scheduled to kick off on October 28th across the country.
