Onyebuchi Obasi’s Valerenga FC lost 4-0 to AIK in a friendly on Tuesday at the Friend’s Arena.
It was the first outing for Obasi who joined the Norwegian side last month.
The former Beyond Limits FA skipper was introduced in the 84th minutes after his side had conceded four goals in the match.
At least seven of Valerenga’s first team players were on international duty.
Onyebuchi led Beyond Limits FA to their third TCC League last season and won the highest goal scorer with 11 goals and 7 assists in the 2022/2023 season.
During the season Onyebuchi had a successful dribble of 42 in 18 matches, which was the second in the history of the The Creative Championship League (TCC).
The young lad was very instrumental in Beyond Limits’ promotion to the NNL last season and had a couple of games for the Ikenna-based side before his departure to Norway.
