The Nigeria U17 team has named Mavlon FC’s Cletus Karshe Simon (Dada) as the team captain ahead of tomorrow’s WAFU Zone B U17 campaign kickoff.
Cletus was announced as the leader of the team by the head coach Manu Garba.
He is said to be an SS1 student of Palm Ville College, Lagos.
The Golden Eaglets will kick-start their campaign against Burkina Faso at the University Stadium on Thursday, 16th May before matches against Niger Republic on Sunday, 19th May and Togo on Wednesday, 22nd May.
The match against Niger Republic will also hold at the University Stadium while the clash with Togo will take place at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The MRI is often undertaken to ascertain the ages of players participating in the youth competition.
