The reigning Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) champions, Rangers International FC have secured the services of defensive midfielder Pius Chinemerem Igwe.
Igwe, a versatile box-to-box player who can also play in central defense, joins the Flying Antelopes from Coal City United of Enugu, where he impressed in their promotion push last season.
Expressing his delight at joining the club, Igwe said in an interview with the club’s media team, “I’m thrilled to have earned the trust of the coaches and I’m committed to giving my best in every game to ensure we excel in all competitions.”
