Beyond Limits Football Academy has been hailed for their “remarkable debut” at the just concluded Lagos Supremacy Cup.
The Ikenne-based academy bea Dino Sporting Club in the final to clinch the prestigious scouting tournament organised by 36 Lion FC.
The match ended 1-1 after regulation time but the Remo Stars juniors won 6-5 on penalties.
Organiser of the tournament Hajji Gaffar who is also the Chairman of Lagos State Football Association said in a post on his official Facebook account: “Beyond Limits Football Academy made a remarkable debut in the tournament, clinching victory on their first attempt. They emerged as champions showcasing their strength during the grand finale.”
Hajj Gafar also mentioned that about 14 players have been selected by scout and would be making their next steps towards sealing a deal in Europe very soon.
He said: “Cem Sagar, the coordinator for the foreign scouts ensured that the top 14 players were chosen during the four-day event. I am immensely grateful to him and the scouts for their dedication.”
