The State preliminaries of the President Federation Cup kicked off on Monday, with final State matches set for February 22-23, 2025, according to the NFF Competitions Department.
The NFF has warned State FAs and clubs to adhere to the schedule, with fines ranging from N500,000 to N1 million for non-compliance.
“State FAs must play their final matches on either February 22 or 23, except in special cases approved by the NFF,” said Ruth David, Director of Competitions.
“Clubs that fail to honour matches will face fines of N500,000 at the State level and N1 million at the National level.”
The National Play-Off is scheduled for March 5, followed by the National Draw on March 12. Subsequent rounds will take place on:
- March 19 (Rounds of 64)
- April 2 (Rounds of 32)
- April 16 (Rounds of 16)
- May 3-4 (Quarter-finals)
- May 17-18 (Semi-finals)
