Yobe Dessert Stars FC is a Nigerian football club based in the city of Damaturu. The dessert stars were formed in 1991 and their home ground is the Potiskum Stadium, Damaturu.
Yobe Dessert Stars currently play in the Northern Conference (Group A1) of the Nigeria National League (NNL).
The Desert Stars won promotion to the NPFL on the last day of the 2017 National League season when they beat Adamawa United 2–0, returning to the top-flight for the first time in 15 years.
They bade farewell to the Nigerian Professional Football League following a home loss to Nasarawa United in the last match of the 2019 abridged season.
