Alamayo says that he wants to score more goals for his side and believes the team has done well under Anthony Encho.

Sodiq Alamayo has pledged to continue scoring goals for the Ajilete Warriors despite having five goals and four assists in the current NNL season.

The former Kwara United attacker underlined his excitement during Crown FC’s 4-0 thumping of Abia Comets FC, in which he also scored a goal.

“I am really happy to have scored a goal. This result is good for our team and we will continue to push hard for promotion ticket and I believe we will get it” he noted.

Alamayo continued by saying that he wants to score more goals for his side and believes the team has done well under Anthony Encho, the club’s Cameroonian manager.

‘It’s really been a productive season under the Coach. He is one the best Manager I have worked with. The management has also done their best for the team- it’s been a team work and I love this place”. Said the former Niger Tornadoes and Wikki Tourists attacker. 

Crown FC is currently tied with Bayelsa United (1st position) in the NNL’s Group B2 Southern conference on 36 points, however Bayelsa United currently has the advantage on goal differential.

The Ogbomosho boys will take on Apex Krane in their next encounter.
