Dosu Joseph Football Academy has qualified for the Nationwide League One (Division three) playoffs.
Dosu Boys defeated Roro Football Club of Badagry 3-2 after falling behind, earning the last spot in the division three playoffs.
Monday will mark the start of the 2022 NLO division three playoffs across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones.
At Ikolaba, Oyo State, Dosu boys would compete against winners from Ekiti, Ogun, and Ondo states.
Coach of Dosu Academy Kayode Agboola, hailed the performance of his boys while expressing confidence in their performance in the playoffs.
“It was a tough match for us and we are very grateful to God for the hard-fought victory. We are looking forward to the playoff and I am confident that we shall come out victorious,” he told Sports 247
