Agali stated that both teams showed that they understand basic football tactics and commended his team for earning a draw.

Former Super Eagles striker Victor Agali has applauded the performance of the players of Prince Kazeem Eletu Football Club following their 2-2 draw against AS Racine Football Club.

Agali who’s the head coach of AS Racine said the friendly game against Eletu FC was a good test for his boys.

“It was not only a good match but one of the toughest matches we played recently on our home ground,” the former Schalke 04 forward told Sports247.

“I am particularly happy that we did not lose to our opponents but ended in a stalemate. I want to commend the management of Eletu and the coaching crew for giving the young players the opportunity to showcase their talents. I am looking forward to playing them in the nearest future.”

Agali stated that both teams showed that they understand basic football tactics and commended his team for earning a draw.

“As I said, Eletu players have the fighting spirit. We were leading them but before I knew it they scored two goals I also want to commend my players for coming back and ending the encounter in a draw. It was a friendly match that brought the best out of the coaching crew and players of both teams,” he said.
