Prince Amos has joined Swedish Division 1 club Norrby IF on loan from Tripple 44 Football Academy.
The Nigerian academy confirmed in a statement that the player will be with the club for the 2024 season with an option to join permanently in 2025.
Prince was scouted two seasons ago in Ibadan at a scouting tournament where he represented Triple 44 Football Academy; the young lad caught the attention of some chief scouts in Europe.
The forward was 16-year-old at the time, and clubs wanted to reach an agreement in principle when he turned 18.
“We would like to wish him all the best for the season,” the academy said in a statement on X.
“We would also like to thank Martin Klette and Wagnsson Sport for their roles.”
Prince had earlier been on the radar of several European clubs such as Ajax, PSV, Malmo, and IFK Goteborg.
