Green Lock FC has entered into a strategic partnership with Kosovo Super Lig side KF Liria, Prizren, ahead of its summer football tournament.
The agreement fosters a collaborative approach to player development, training, and transfer, enabling both clubs to share resources and expertise in talent identification and development.
According to a statement by Green Lock FC, the synergy aims to provide a seamless pathway for talented players to pursue professional careers in Europe. The partnership also includes periodic cross-training for officials and players to enhance mutual understanding and knowledge sharing.
KF Liria is one of Kosovo’s oldest and most successful clubs competing in the top-tier Kosovo Superleague. The club’s president, Osmani Valon, will attend the tournament with other international club officials.
Olufunsho Peters, Executive Vice Chairman of Green Lock FC, expressed his delight at the partnership, stating, “We’re setting a benchmark for Nigerian football by seeking global opportunities for our players. We’re committed to promoting talent and facilitating scouting opportunities in Europe and worldwide.”
