Garden City Panthers’ Precious Tenebe won the highest goal scorer award at the recently concluded Karel Stegeman tournament in Ruulo, Netherlands.
Precious was joint-top-scorer with Sebastian Murru of Oud-Heverlee Leuven after they both finished with five goals apiece.
He grabbed a hat-trick in the six nil demolition of VV Ruulo, netted once in the Oud-Heverlee Leuven game as well as against FC Horsen.
Garden City Panthers was the only Nigerian team at the tournament and they finished 11th out of 12 participating teams.
The tournament was won by Silkeborg IF after defeating De Graafschap on penalties.
